At ZEa Social Consulting, we recognize that app-based delivery drivers are the backbone of an industry in constant evolution. In the face of potential labor regulations, it is crucial to give a voice to those on the front lines of this service.

Delivery drivers are not a homogeneous group. Among them, we find university students, people with formal jobs looking for additional income, entrepreneurs with their own businesses, retirees, and individuals who take on caregiving tasks.
